This Privacy Policy explains how Al Falah Digital World (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information when you use our school software: School Manager (school administration), Staff Portal (teachers and staff), and Family Portal (students and parents). By using these apps, you agree to this policy.
Each school is the primary controller of its student, parent, and staff records. Al Falah Digital World provides the software and hosting (including Firebase and related services) and processes data on behalf of the school. For marks, fees, or profile corrections, contact your school first. For platform access issues, email contact@alfalahdigitalworld.com.
School & admin: school profile, admin accounts, and operational data (fees, attendance, exams, payroll, notices, chat).
Staff / teachers: identity and contact details, assignments, attendance, leave, salary records, login and push tokens.
Students: academic and personal details, guardian info, fees, attendance, results, leave, ID cards, and school messages.
Parents: contact details, linked children, fee/attendance views, and portal login.
Technical: authentication sessions and device tokens needed for security and notifications.
We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with authorised school users by role, with infrastructure providers (for example Google Firebase, Cloudinary), when required by law, or with consent / school instruction.
Student data may relate to minors and is maintained by the school for education and administration. Parents access linked student information through Family Portal.
Data is kept while the school account is active and as needed for legal and operational purposes. Deletion or anonymisation is processed when a school leaves or requests removal, subject to lawful retention.
We use authenticated access, school-scoped data separation, and HTTPS. Use strong passwords and sign out on shared devices.
Ask your school to correct school-held records. Account holders may update some profile fields in-app and change passwords. You may disable push notifications where provided. Platform requests: contact@alfalahdigitalworld.com.
Hosting providers may process data outside Pakistan with their standard safeguards.
